Admission and Enrolment

Your admission will be subject to the availability of seats, and we reserve the complete right to deny admission without providing any reason at our sole discretion.
Successful applicants must also complete the enrolment process, including the submission of all the required documents and the payment of applicable fees in full before the start of the course.
We reserve complete rights to cancel or postpone the commencements for any course due to insufficient enrolments or any other reason beyond our control.

Course Structure and Delivery

Seekshya Academy follows the ACCA syllabus, examination structure, and guidelines prescribed by ACCA. That said, we reserve the right to modify the course structure, delivery methods, schedules, and faculty as deemed necessary to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the courses.
You as a student are responsible for meeting the attendance requirements, completing the course assignments, projects, and assessments, and maintaining satisfactory academic progress as per our policy.
We may provide you with course materials, including textbooks, study guides, and other resources, as a part of the course fees or as additional purchases.

Fees and Payments

You must pay tuition fees, examination fees, and other applicable charges in advance as per our fee schedule and payment deadlines. The fees you should pay are subject to revision from time to time, and we reserve the right to change them without prior notice.
Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension or termination of enrollment, and we may take legal action to recover outstanding fees.

Refund Policy

Students are expected to maintain discipline, adhere to the Institute's rules and regulations, and exhibit ethical behaviour at all times. Any form of misconduct, including academic dishonesty, harassment, disruptive behaviour, or violation of the Institute's policies, may result in disciplinary action from the Institute. Furthermore, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are prohibited from sharing or misusing them.

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, lecture notes, presentations, and any other resources provided by the Institute or ACCA, are the intellectual property of Seekshya Academy and/or ACCA. Therefore, unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of intellectual property rights. We reserve the complete right to take legal action against any individual or entity that infringes upon our intellectual property rights.
